Kerala Thenga chammanthi/ Coconut chutney (Side dish for Pothi Choru ) Recipe :



Nostalgic  Kerala Recipe :)




Ingredients:

Grated Coconut : 1/2 cup
Green chilies  or Kanthari mulaku : 2 nos
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Shallots : 3 nos
Tamarind : size of a small lime
Salt : as needed
Coconut Oil : as needed
Curry leaves : 3 twigs




Method of Preparation:

1.Grind the grated coconut along with , green chilies, Red chili  , shallots, tamarind , and salt. (Add little water).


2.Blend it smooth but slightly coarse.



3.Transfer it to a serving bowl.
         serve it with rice, Pothi choru or Kanji 




 And Enjoy.!!!
