Crispy Chicken Pakora (Pakoda) Recipe

Crispy Chicken Pakora (Pakoda) Recipe : 







Ingredients:

Bone Less Chicken - 1 lb (Cut into small pieces)
Besan / Kadala Mavu - 3 tbsp
Roasted Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Kashmir Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
Fennel Seeds -1/4 tsp
Oil  - 1/2 cup 
Water - 3 tsp
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

1.Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.and keep it aside.



2.Take a bowl and add  Kashmir chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt and mix well.



3.Then add chicken pieces , garam masala , besan and rice flour  and into it and mix well. Set aside for 2 hours.


4.Heat oil in a pan at medium heat Fry chicken pieces until crispy.and browned on both sides,





                      Serve delicious chicken pakoras with ketchup:):):)
