Crab Fry / Njandu Fry recipe

Crispy Crab Fry  / Njandu Fry kerala recipe:




 Ingredients:

Crab  - 1 lb cleaned
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Ginger/ garlic paste  - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Fennel seed - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying
Curry leaves  plenty

Method of Preparation:

1.In a bowl add all ingredients ,add 2 teaspoon water mix well and make a fine paste.
2.marinate crab with this paste and keep aside for 1 hour  in refrigerator .



3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the crab  on medium heat  for about 5 minutes on both sides .





4.Once crisp,remove from heat.
 Serve with onion rings and a slice of lime.
