kappalandi varuthathu - Roasted Ground Nuts
Ingredients
Raw groundnuts - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Coconut oil - 1 tsp (( optional))
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp ( optional)
Method of Preparation:
1. Heat in a pan add ground nuts and toss till it turns dark brown and starts cracking.
2. Add coconut oil ,chili powder and salt mix well for 5 mints in medium to low flame.
3. Spread out the ground nuts on a tray and let it cool down.
