Chappathi/ Roti Recipe / Whole Wheat Indian Flat Bread


Ingredients:-

Wheat flour / Atta - 3 cups
Warm Water - 1/2 cup
Warm Milk - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Salt  to taste
                             

Method of Preparation:

1.  Take 3 cups whole wheat flour in a bowl.
2. Pour 1 tbsp oil, salt and  warm milk mix thoroughly.



3. Then Add little by little Warm water and knead well for few minutes until make it a soft dough.






4.Cover it with a wet paper towel or wet cloth and set aside for atleast 30 minutes
5. Divide the dough into 10 to 12 equal sized balls.using a rolling pin roll it into thin circles.










6.Heat a pan and  transfer chapati and cook both sides.until chapati puffs up..







   Serve hot with Curry and  & Enjoy !!!
