 Diwali Sweets Rava Kesari  Recipe 


Ingredients 

   Semolina/Ravai/sooji – 1 cup
   Ghee – 1/2  cup
   Sugar – 1 cups
   Water – 1 cups
   Cashew/ Peanuts   – 15 nos
   Raisins -15 nos
   Cardamom - 1/4 tsp




Method of Preparation:

1.Dry roast  Semolina  in a pan for a minute on low flame until they turn to light brown in color.



2. Heat a little ghee, fry cashew nuts and raisins separately and keep it aside.



3. In a medium wok add fried  Semolina . add boiled water cook it few mints.





4. After all the water evaporates add sugar, mix well and cook on low flame until the kesari starts to leave the sides of the pan.



5. Garnish the dish with roasted cashews,raisins and crushed cardamons...



                Serve and enjoy! 😋😋😋
