Thattukada special Naadan Chilli Chicken Recipe with out Sauce

Thattukada special Naadan Chilli Chicken Recipe with out Sauce :



 

Ingredients :

Boneless chicken - 1 lb ( Cut into medium size)
Onion - 1 cup ( Thin sliced)
Green chillies ( Erachi mulaku )  - 3 nos 
Ginger - 2 tbsp ( Thin sliced)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (Thin sliced)
Curry leaves - plenty



For marination:

Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1/4 tsp ( optional )
Salt - to taste


Method of Preparation :

1.Marinate the chicken pieces into Turmeric,Red chili,Fennel seed and salt for about 2 hours.



2.Heat a deep in oil and put the marinated chicken into it and half  fry well on both sides.keep it aside.




3.Heat the same pan add 1 tbsp (same oil ),  add ginger,Garlic,green chilies saute its turns for brown color.


4.Then add sliced onion and mix well and saute it when onion till transparent.



5.Then add fried Chicken pieces along with garam masala ,fennel seeds, black pepper  and mix well .



6.Heat in medium to high flame,Fry it for some more time while keep on stirring it.




Serve hot with chapatti  and Enjoy!!!
