Makes : 10 to 12 😊😊😊
Ingredients:
Potato – 1 large boiled
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Chili powder / Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cornflour / Cornstarch – 3 tbs
Rice flour / wheat flour - 1 tbsp
Oil for Deep frying
Method of Preparation:
1.In a large mixing bowl take boiled potatoes and grated well.
2.Add bread crumbs,corn flour,chili powder and salt to taste Combined well and make a Shape it into dough.
3.Put this dough in fridge and let it rest and chill for 1 hour.
4.Now divide the dough into equal portions. Shape each portion into a smooth ball.
5.Take a ball, flatten it out.cut round using a cookie cutter or a glass in thick shape. Now use a straw to make two eyes and a spoon to make good smile.:)
6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, this prevents smiley from breaking in oil and its shape.
7.Heat oil for deep frying . Add the smiles in hot oil on medium flame and fry till it golden brown .
Drain in paper towel.
Serve potato smiley with tomato ketchup....And Enjoy !!!😋😋😋

Aval Payasam / Rice flakes / Poha Kheer Kerala Recipe
Ingredients:
Aval / White rice flakes : 1 cup
Milk : 1/2 liter (Boiled)
Sugar : 1 cup (According to your taste)
Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp
Raisins - 10 nos
Cashew nuts : 10 nos
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
1.Heat a pan add 1 table spoon ghee , Add rice flakes and fry until its crispy.
2. Add sugar and cook in a low flame and mix well until it dissolves.and begins to turn golden brown.
3.The add boiled milk and heat until the rice flakes are cooked and is thick. Stir continuously in a medium flame.
4. Add powdered cardamom and the fried cashew nuts and Raisins.
5.Then Switch off the flame and Serve.

Spicy Chicken Kondattam Kerala Style Recipe :
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken : 250 gm
Onion : 1 no (Thin sliced)
Green chilies : 2 nos
Ginger : 1 tsp (chopped)
Garlic : 1 tsp (chopped)
Red dry chilies : 5 nos
Red dry chili flakes : 3 tsp
Coconut : 4 tsp (grated)
Turmeric powder : 2 tsp
Black Pepper : 1 1/2 tsp (crushed)
Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce : 2 tsp
Curry leaves :plenty
Oil : as reqd
Salt : as reqd
For Marination:
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder -1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method of Preparation:
1. In a Bowl Marinate the boneless chicken with turmeric powder,chili powder, garam masala , ginger garlic, salt and corn flour and keep it aside for 1 hour.
2.Heat oil in a pan Fry the chicken pieces and Keep this aside.
3.In the same pan add Red dry chilies along with Red dry chili flakes , onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
4.Then Add chili powder, coriander, garam masala and saute for a minutues then add the grated coconut and fry again.
5.Now add the fried chicken along with tomato sauce ,Black pepper,fennel powder and combine well.Mix well and let it cook covered for a minute.
6.Open the lid and add some curry leaves and combine well.
7. Serve this spicy chicken Kondattam along with chapati and palappam , dosa , etc..

This is a Special Recipe in My Mother in law :):):)
Ingedients:
Maida / Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3 nos
Chicken / Squid(Kanava) / Clam Meat (Kakkairachi)- 250 gm ( I used squid , If you want Vegetarian recipe please avoid it )
Onion - 1/2 cup (Optional)
Carrot - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
Cabbage - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
Beans - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
Green chilies - 5 nos (Chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp(Chopped)
Garlic - 1 tsp (Chopped)
Curry leaves - plenty
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method Of Preparation:
1.Chop the vegetables and keep it aside.
2.In a bowl beat eggs along with salt and keep it aside.
3.Marinate the cleaned Squid with the turmeric,black pepper,and ginger garlic paste. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.and cook for 10 mints in medium flame.
4.Heat oil in a kadai and saute chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chili,and curry leaves until soft.
5.Then add chopped vegetables and mix well, cook until vegetables are transparent.
6.Then add maida and saute for 5 minutes in a medium heat.
7. Add beaten egg along with pepper,salt and scramble it well, and then mix it with the veg mix.
8. Add the cooked Squid and combined well.
9. put the medium to high flame and stirring frequently for all the veg and Squid mix to blend well with the flour..
