Kerala Style Netholi Stir fry /Anchovies/Kozhuva/Podimeen Recipe

Kerala Style Netholi Stir fry  /Anchovies/Kozhuva/Podimeen Recipe:



Ingredients:

Netholi  - 200 gm ( I used Small type of  Anchovies)
Curry leaves - Plenty
Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbsp

For masala :

Kashmir chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger -1 tsp(Crushed)
Garlic- 1 tsp(Crushed)
whole pepper - 1 /2 tsp(Crushed)
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp(Crushed)
Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:

1. Clean and wash the fish and drain.



2.Grind  all masala .add little water mix well make a fine paste.
3.marinate cleaned fish with this keep refrigerate for 30 minutes.



4.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fishes in a medium flame to low flame till both sides are crisp and golden brown in color.





  Serve it with Rice,  Moru curry etc  !!!....
