Ingredients:
Russet potatoes - 2 nos peeled
Butter - 1/4 cup room temperature
warm milk - 3/4 cups
salt to taste
ground black pepper - pinch
Method of Preparation:
1.Peel,wash and cut potatoes in medium cube sized,
2.Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.Add potatoes and cook until tender about 20 minutes .
3.Drain and place back into the pot.add butter and milk,
4. Using a potato masher slowly blend milk mixture into potatoes until smooth and creamy.( add more salt and pepper, if needed)
Serve fluffy and smooth Mashed Potatoes....
