Onion Pakoda Kerala Style Ulli Vada Recipe

Onion Pakoda  Kerala Style Ulli Vada Recipe:




Ingredients:

Onions - 2(Medium Size)
Gram Flour or Besan- 1 cup
Rice Flour-1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp(crushed)
Green chilies - 2 nos(Chopped)
Kashmeeri Chili Powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
Asafetida powder (Hing) -1/4 tsp
Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
Water- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves- plenty
Salt- to taste
Oil- enough for frying

Method of Preparation:

1. Peel and clean the onion…Cut them into thin slices. 



2.Then combine onions with all ingredients except oil.Mix well.Keep aside for 10 minutes 





3.Heat oil in a  pan over medium heat When the oil is hot, pour the coated onion in small part in to the  hot oil.
4.Fry till the onion fritters turn golden brown on both sides.
5. Remove from the oil and drain …



 Serve the hot pakoda with Evening Tea And Enjoy!!!😋😋😋
