Orzo (Barley) Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Orzo(Barley) Shrimp Pasta with Chicken Broth - Healthy Orzo Pasta Recipe:



Ingredients :

   Orzo Pasta - 1 cup
   Ginger - 1 tbsp(Finely chopped)
   Carrot - 2 tbsp(chopped)
   Peas - 2 tbsp
  Butter -  1 cube size
  Chicken Broth - 1 1/2 cups
  
  Shrimp - 10 to 15 nos
   Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
   Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
   Pepper powder - 1 tsp
   Oil - 1 tbsp
   Salt needed
   Parsley flakes - 1 tbsp


Method of Preparation:

1. Wash Orzo and soak in 5 mints drain in the water and keep it aside.
2.In a bowl add marinate the shrimp with mas alas and keep it aside 15 mints.
3..Heat oil in a frying pan add marinated shrimp and fry it.



4.Heat butter in a pan add ginger along with carrot and peas saute in 5 mints.



5.Then add chicken broth and parsley flakes mix well and allow to boil 10 mints in medium flame.



6.Add orzo into the boiling broth and stirring until the pasta is soft but not over cooked.




7.Then add fried shrimp and combined well, add butter and garnish with Parsley flakes .



                         Serve hot.... And Enjoy!!!
