Mulaku Bajji(Chilli Bajji)
Mulaku Bajji(Chilli Bajji)
Ingredients:
Bajji Mulaku(Long green chillies) - 4 nos
Gramflour- 1 cup
Chillypowder- 1 pinch
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Salt- As reqd
Oil for deep frying
Method of Preparation:
1)Clean the chillies. Cut into half, take out the seeds inside.
2)Mix together besan flour with salt, chilli powder and pinch of baking soda to dosa batter consistency.
3)Put the chilles in it for marination for 10 mins.
4)Take them out and dip them in the besan batter.
5)Deep fry in hot oil.
Serve with coffee :)

Strawberry Mint Lemonide
Strawberry Mint Lemonide
Ingredients:
strawberries-1 cup
water-2 cups
sugar-1 cup
freshly squeezed lemon juice-2 cups
fresh mint-large bunch
1/2 lemon sliced thin
Method of Preparation:
1)In a blender, blend strawberries with 1 cup of water until smooth, set aside.
2)In a small sauce pan combine sugar and remaining 1 cup of water.
3)Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is disolved and mixture turns to a syrup, set aside to cool.
4)In a pitcher combine strawberry puree, lemon juice and cooled sugar syrup.
5)Add enough sparkling or stilled water as needed to achieve desired constancy and taste. (the more water the less tart a taste)
6)Add fresh mint and lemon slices to the pitcher and using a wooden spoon, stir to combine.
7)Serve chilled in glasses filled with ice and fresh mint.
